Refunds and Returns Policy

Cybereact strives to ensure customer satisfaction with our services. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds and returns are provided.

 

2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

The service was not provided as described.
Technical issues attributable to Cybereact prevented the completion of the service.
The customer cancels the service within the cooling-off period as defined by Israeli law (14 days from the date of purchase or from the date the agreement was signed, whichever is later).


3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:

Completed services where the work has been delivered and accepted by the customer.
Customized services tailored specifically to the customer’s requirements once work has commenced.


4. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, customers must:

Contact Cybereact’s support team via email or phone within the eligible period.
Provide proof of purchase and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.


5. Processing Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval. Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.

 

6. Return of Materials
If any physical materials were provided as part of the service, they must be returned in their original condition. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning such materials.

 

7. ExceptionsCybereact reserves the right to evaluate each refund request on a case-by-case basis. Exceptional cases may warrant deviations from this policy.
